*JAL Group changesthe corporate structure for more effective business

JAL Group announced on October 5 that it will merge JAL Domestic, operating company for the domestic flight business, into JAL International on October 1 2006 as one of the corporate structure reforms. Japan Airlines Corporation will be retained as the Group holding company. Also, JAL Sales, the group travel products sales company, will be merged into JAL International to transfer its air ticket sales business to JAL International on April 1 2006.
