*ANA decides to sell its all stocks of NCA to NYK
ANA announced on July 12 that ANA will sell all of its 27.6% share of NipponCargo Airlines (NCA) to Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK), a fellow major stockholder in NCA with a 27.6% share. The dealing between both companies will complete in August this year before NCA restarts its business under the new system in October this year. NYK, global logistic company, will own a 55.2% share of all NCA stocks.
