* Kansai has still hit by the anti-Japan campaigns in China
Kansai International Airport Co. (KIAC) Executive Vice President Tadakuni Hirano revealed at a news conference on June 17 that the airport has still been given negative influences on tourist passenger demands for China from the anti-Japan campaigns in China, which sporadically happened in major cities in April this year, although business passenger demands for China have already recovered to the normal level. As Kansai still suffers lower booking status on Chinese routes even after June, compared with the same period last year, Hirano honestly said that the airport expects to restore tourist passenger demands for China to the normal level after this autumn.
