*Japan and Francekeep step for joint development of SST

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) announced on June 14 that the Society of Japanese Aerospace Companies (SJAC) and French Aerospace Industries Association (GIFAS) signed an agreement on joint study of supersonic transport (SST) at the Paris Air Show in Le Bourget, France.
