*JAL admits a series of the mishaps resulted from low awareness for safe operation
JAL Group reported improvement measures for safe operation to Minster of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Kazuo Kitagawa on April 14 this year, in response to the Business Improvement Order and AdministrativeWarnings that were issued against a series of the incidents by Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) on March 17. Following a series of incidents involving JAL maintenance and flight operations between December 2004 and March 2005, JCAB has issued the Business Improvement Order to Japan Airlines International and Administrative Warningsto Japan Airlines Corporation, the group holding company, and JapanAirlines Domestic.
