Haneda will collect PSFC for the first time on domestic flights
Nihon Airport Building, operating passenger facilities of Haneda Airport, has recently applied for collection of passenger service facility charge (PSFC) for Haneda to Tokyo Regional Civil Aviation Bureau. The operator hopes to begin the new action in April 2005. According tothe application, Nihon Airport Building expects to collect 100 yen per passenger through "on-ticket method," by which the charge is included in price of an air ticket.
