*JTB exploits MICE business in Asia through an independent company

JTB Global Marketing & Travel (JTB GMT) will be launched on April 1 thisyear, evolving from the International Travel Division of JTB. The independent company's President Hideaki Noguchi said at an interviewwith the Wing Aviation Press that it will earnestly exploit MICE business (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition) for Japanesecompanies in Asia. For the business exploitation, the new company will establish sales representatives in Los Angeles and London within FY2005 to develop marketing activities toward Japanese companies in America and Europe. Also, it will set up its original operationbases focusing on MICE business in Asia.
